#Day 71 - Cortisone Withdrawal & Recovery

Progress is slow and steady, I'm seeing improvements across the board, be them slow and sometimes painful. It's still a long way to go, but cortisone will not beat me, I am stronger than this and I will be recovered no matter how long it takes. Thanks for all the support. Josh

    Great video. Your positive attitude really shines through. I can totally get why dr rap calls it red skin syndrome! Back in the summer here in the uk, i found i blended in quite well with all the other sunburnt people, although now it is wintery and cold, i sorta look like i have been on holiday somewhere hot!

    Glad you have been able to team up with liz and jake. Look forward to you all doing a video together soon.
